Pretty much every brand has a high mileage oil you can you use. Pick a brand, stay with correct weight oil.

I like Valvoline High Mileage blend. Use the correct weight oil and I change mine every 3,000 miles although you can probably go 4,000 miles with out a problem.
Don't use FRAM oil filters on Asian made vehicles. At Mitsubishi training school the instructors warned us that FRAM oil filters were too restrictive for Asian made motors and caused hydraulic lifter noise.

Mobile 1 synthetic is the best

SAE 5w-20 High Mileage oil any major brand. Change the oil/filter every 5,000 miles and use a quality filter such as Purolator, Wix, or Bosch.

5/20w,5w30 or 10w30. If the car is running fine, don't bother using anything else and you don't need synthetic. Just keep it properly maintained. By the way, no need for a high mileage oil. I think it's marketing BS to sell more oil. My brother's 1996 Accord has 442,000 miles on it. He's only used Pennzoil 5W30. Still going strong and it runs well.
