Usually included with paper work that came with vehicle when new. But Honda dealer can help using your VIN number.

Go to your Honda dealer, they should be able to give you the code

I bought it second hand from a car dealer.so I don't know where originally bought.

First look in the owners manual where they may have written down the 5 digit code. If you can't find it simply go online to the Honda Owners website and register your Accord. After registering, sign in, and look on the left under Quick Links and click Retrieve Radio/Navi Code. Follow the directions and you will get the code for free. http://owners.honda.com/....honda.com

I have a 2002 Honda Accord that I bought off an individual. I lost my code and all I needed to do was to go to my closest dealer. They were able to determine which dealer it originally came from and they contacted them to get the code. The UNFORTUNATE thing is they charge you to get the code. It cost me about $100.
