What is this part called and what are is the bolt tightening sequence and torque specs?
This is the bottom of an f23a1 honda accord engine block. I'm wondering what that thing with the cross shape going through it on the bottom is called, the pattern to remove it and the torque specs to put it back on. I'm new to this and haven't had much luck with my own research. Thank you.
Go buy a shop manual. It will have everything you need to know.
Well, the main bearing caps seem to be made into one assembly. Years ago, they added a second strengthening assembly called a main girdle. It made the block stronger for unplanned horsepower that the factory had not intended. I would call your piece a girdled main cap assembly. Honda may have a different name. Surely there's a very specific torque specification, and since it is so large, there would be a sequence to tightening, and likely various steps of torque value.
The best place to locate your needed information is a Honda factory service manual or overhaul manual. Other automotive sources are Chilton, Motor, Haynes, etc.

- What's the part called on the upper right side? The square next to the grey? This is a Honda insight I'm missing a part of the bumper and I have no idea what the name of it is. I've looked on numerous websites and I still don't know what it is.
- What are the front tire alignment specs for Honda Trx300ex 2007? My steering is leaning to the left on my atv and I'm having problems finding the specs on front end alignment if anyone can find or knows the specs please tell me!
- Is it likely that the Moto Roma 125 (chinese motorbike) is heavier than it says in its specs? I have a Moto Roma 125 and a 1982 Honda xl 250. The Honda xl 250 says it weighs 130 kilograms and the Moto Roma 125 says it only weighs 115 kilograms, the things is the Moto Roma is without a shadow of doubt heavier by a good bit than the Honda. Is the book for the Moto Roma lying or something else.
- I need to find a part for my Honda ex1000 generator. I can't seem to find a part for a reasonable price or even the right part I have a Honda Generator and I need to buy a carburetor. I can find a lot of different ones online but I only find One for the Model I have. It is 80 bucks. I see a lot that look the same and I would like to know how to find one that is cheaper. I have looked for hours and can't find one that is cheap like the others. The part number is 16100-ZC0-015. Does anyone know how I can find a variety to choose from or do I need to get the honda brand carb?
