What type of engine is in my car (exactly)?
2008 Honda Accord Ex-L 2.4L Inline 4 cylinder DOHC IV-tec
I believe it's a K series
But whenever I google the exact specs I keep getting directed to "Buy this or buy that" type websites…
So I'm a little aggravated with search engines, can anybody clarify what exact type of engine I have in this car…
Is it a K series B, C, X, A, cause I have absolutely no clue and I've been combing through the internet for about a month now…
K series is a Rover/MG engine that Honda have used and I believe was never made over 2.0
- My cbr 125 feels very sluggish and starts twitching on mid range, starts exactly on 6k and stops on 7k? Before 6k and after 7k the acceleration is good and quick, before i had problems where the engine would just cut out when hot so i changed the ignition coil with original honda one but this problem is still there, i just don't know where the problem could be, the carb has been all cleaned and a bigger jet to match the new exhoust was fitted…
- What type of car should I buy? I'm preferably looking for the scion tc or honda civic ex both 2014. I just don't know what's the best financial decision because I'm so young.
- Is the Honda Civic Type R's engine more powerful than most V6 engines? My family islooking for a Sedan but with lots of power since we're all heavy. My dad is thinking of a Type r because it has a turbo engine, but my mom is thinking Chrysler 200 because it has a V6 engine. Both produce roughly the same amount of horsepower.
- How exactly do you make a car faster? For example, a Honda civic? A mustang? Also does it matter whether a car is 2 or 4 door when you're trying to make it fast?
