What would be a good car to get that is pretty reliable but also won't have my insurance go up?
So I need a new car since my car was totaled in an accident and am in need of a new car here pretty quick. The two cars I have been looking at are the Honda Accord and the Chevy Cruze. The car I did have was a honda accord and I loved but I haven't really been convinced on which one to go with that won't make my insurance go higher. I know the Hondas are pretty reliable but the Chevy cruze's are more within my budget. What car should I go with that won't increase my insurance but yet is still pretty reliable?
Get the Honda, Hondas are well know for their superior reliability, excellent MPG, and sportiness. The Honda will last you forever and won't break the bank every time you need to fuel up (which won't be too often). I'd advise against the Chevy Cruze as they're a GM product and GM is well know for taking the easy, cheaper route when building automobiles. GM is also well know for dressing up very old, outdated technologies with new clothes, causing various problems with reliability and sacrificing overall quality. All in all, the Honda will last you for ever, while keeping it's resale value, and the Chevy won't. But if you still aren't convinced, try looking up the Toyota Corolla or Camry, two great cars with the same qualities of the Honda, but which could perhaps be had at a lower price.
Honda Accord
Toyota corolla. Super reliable and as long as its not a 2 door, your insurance won't go up.
If you decide honda civic or accord don't get a coupe(i have one an the insurance is costing me more than the car LOL)
Do not get a honda your friends will hate you if they tune cars
Your insurance will go up for the sheer sake of having an accident on your records and having a brand new car instead of a used one.
I don't think there would be a lot of difference in rates between the Chevy and the Accord. Your insurance agent will be glad to run both sets of numbers to compare. I like my Accord but if I had to buy something brand new and I was on a tight budget I would certainly consider the Cruze over cars like the Camry or the Altima. I would also look at the Mazda3 and the VW Jetta.
- Which bike would be a good first sport bike. Looking at CBR1000/600's and also the yamaha R1/R6? I don't know much about the differences, I know some people are all for Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, of Kawasaki. Seems that whatever bike someone has, they say its the best. I wish I could just ride all of them and see for myself. Tampa, FL Sam

- Out of these cars which is the most reliable and at a good price with insurance? This is my first time buying a car and I know I should get each checked by a mechanic, but which would be best for school? And I'm really short like 5'0. I was thinking of 2007-2012 Honda Civic Prius Fiat Mini Cooper
