2002 Honda Civic (manual transmission) vs 2006 Toyota Camry (automatic transmission) both used what is better?
The Honda civic has over 75,000 mileage and the Toyota has over 130,000 mileage.
We drive a 2004 Camry XLE 4 cylinder with 115,000 miles on it. Done the routine maintenance on schedule and have had zero problems. The automatic transmission has never given any sign of a problem and our highway mileage, with two adults and a full trunk of luggage, is consistently 30-31 mpg. Urban driving mileage is lower.
Have no experience with the Honda but can highly recommend the Toyota.
You're asking about a 17 year old vehicle versus a 13 year old vehicle.
Whatever you could say about these vehicles when new may is not as important after all these years. How each vehicle has been driven and maintained is much more important when shopping for an older used vehicle.
- Will starter from an automatic 2000 Honda civic LX fit on a automatic 2000 Honda civic HX? The lx is a 5 gear transmission and the hx is a CVT transmission. With the starter fit? Mine went out on my hx
- Why is my 2006 honda civic manual transmission going into gear revving up high and moving forward slowly? I'm not sure if my parking brake is stuck or not. It moves in reverse just fine. When i put it into first gear its moving forward very slowly even when i push the gas down all the way.
- Which is better Honda civic 2006 or vw Passat 2006? I'm getting a car soon and I can't decide which one. Which has better reputation, safety, which will last me longer? They're both in good shape. About 130,000 miles on both.
- What kind of MPGs can I expect with a 2002 Honda Civic Coupe EX with an automatic transmission? I know that Y/A is still good for this kind of information. I know that the car is about 300 pounds lighter than a sedan.
