2015 Honda Civic Window Problem?

I recently purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Civic SE. But when I open/close any windows, the handle part of the door (on the inside where the window switches are), pops in and out. The door physically moves in and out (about 1-2 inches). Is this normal? I went to a dealership, and he told me it was very common, but wouldn't cause any problems. But I have a hard time believing that these types of problems passed quality, and they didn't do anything about it, especially if it happens to a lot of people.

This issue doesn't bother me too much, but I want to find out if I should get it checked out, since I don't want it to become a problem later on.

Sure doesn't seem like it ought to be doing that, and they did nothing doesn't surprise me either.

I bought a new Odyssey in 2010. About the time the warranty was finished, I noticed clunking noise coming from the steering or suspension. Dealer said it would cost me 75. For them to diagnose it. I said forget it.

I then started checking on line and found out this clunking was a COMMON complaint on Odysseys and also Accords, and people had been complaining about this for YEARS band years.

As far as I know, Honda has done nothing about this, other than repairing it and charging a fortune.

HOW ABOUT A DESIGN CHANGE, PEOPLE?

I will never buy another Honda. Toyota makes a much better car.

Obviously the mounting for the window motor isn't heavy enough and yes in time from flexing something will break. It's just like taking a piece of metal and bending it back and forth until it breaks.

If you just bought it i would take it back up to the dealership and have them fix it because cars are expensive and once you get past that warranty if it breaks then it's on you to fix, not them. Throw a fit until they do something.
