Dent in interior door panel?

I have a 1995 honda civic so I had kept my glasses case on the side of my seat between the floor and seat. It was a good place that hold stuff. Well my case was sticking out a little and when I close the door the door panel got dented. How can I remove it? I tried to remove the door panel and push it out but there's plastic that holds the door panel to the clips is blocking access to the dent. It's a soft material so I should be able to just push it out. Any help guys?

If i remember right, there's a metal panel attached to the door panel. For all intents and purpose, it can't be removed without destroying the door panel. Personally i could probably take it off without ruining it, but i would not attempt on a customers car.
i disassemble for a living, work from my home shop weekends. I can and have worked miracles on interior parts, and i don't recommend even trying this on your own, furthermore, finding those door panels in good shape is pretty hard. Just live with it.
i'm thinking its about the same as a 98 model

Anybody know what kind of screws go in there or whether I can just go to a mechanic or have to go to a dealer? I bought it from a private party
  • How to remove the door panel of the back door on a 1999 honda passport? My push button on the outside of the back door has fallen into the door. I need to remove the door panel from the inside, but I don't know how.
  • T-Boned Car Dent Estimate? I recently got T-boned (my fault) and I was wondering how much it would cost to fix the dent. I don't care about the paint. I would like an estimate on this Without insurance. I know it's going to cost a lot, but just about how much? The car is a 1995 Honda Civic.
