Does Honda Civic 2013 LX have Event data recorder or something that can record accident events?

I got involved in accident where other party was at fault. Now, he is not admitting and not paying for the repair through his insurance. I will be going to court for that and I need some kind of evidence. I heard about EDR. That will be useful evidence in my case. Can you please tell me how I can retrieve any useful data from my Civic LX 2013 so I can show the prove in the court?

Added (1). The problem is that at the time of the accident I only had liability insurance and my car wasn't insured. Will they still be able to help me on this? The other person truck is totally fine.

Get the help of your insurance company. See a mechanic to retrieve the "freeze frame" data in your car. I doubt if it would help much.

According to the first source, your 2013 Civic does have an event data recorder. Accessing the data is a legal issue and not technically simple - see the second source. Without the support of your insurance company it will likely be ignored anyway.

All cars made after 1996 do.
some record more than others.
