Help choosing between continuing my lease on my car or financing it?
I currently drive a 2012 leased honda civic
3 year lease
12,000 miles per year limit.
Here the deal. The lease will be up in September.
I could either continue to lease it and then pay off the difference in value. Or I could get a new car and finance it for 6 years
Are you happy with the Civic? If so, keep it.
If you are unhappy with it and/or just want a change, return it and go for something else.
Buy the car at lease end. Never lease again.
Your cheapest option in the long run would to just buy it out. Because it will still have many years of good service left in it.
- What is a good monthly lease payment for new 2015 Honda CRV exl AWD- 36 month lease/12k miles? What is a good monthly lease payment for new 2015 Honda CRV exl AWD-- 36 month lease/12k miles? thanks for the reply… My credit score is excellent. I referred to monthly payment since its my first time leasing and I not familiar with terms like money factor and residual. I simply look at the down payment and the monthly payment that I have to make per month.
- When can I trade in my car that I'm financing? I'm financing a 2012 Honda Civic with 30k miles on it for 6 years. I'm almost 20. The car was worth almost 13k but with interest of having new credit I'm paying 18k (240 a month). Am I able to trade in the car in like 3-4 years? What are my options for that. Please explain
- Is this car a good financing deal for someone with bad credit? I have bad credit and can't get financing. But my friend is willing to sell me a 2013 Honda Civic LX for $200 a month for 60 months. It has automatic and 90k miles. Excellent condition. Is this a good deal?
- Is it ok to lease one care return it then go to another dealership to lease another car? My lease on my Honda Civic is over in one year. I want to lease a Chevy Cruze next. Does this happen often?
