Honda' website says the Civic Coupe and Sedan share the same wheelbase. Why is this? I wanted to buy a real coupe?
I wanted to buy a real coupe but it seems like Honda is just ripping us off. They take the Civic sedan and turn it into a coupe. I don't know how they do this but they share the same wheelbase. I thought the coop would be much Smaller with a shorter lenght overall. With a smaller wheelbase to give you more of that sporty feel but I feel like I'm just driving a damn sedan. I don't want a sedan! Does this apply for all cars
Honda Fit wheel base = 99.6
Civic & Sedan = 106.3
HR-V = 102.8
To do that you should check out dedicated coupes with no accompanying four door option. The Acura RSX for example.
Their coupe is just built on the same platform as the sedan. Almost every manufacture who has a sedan and couple of the same model uses the same platform. Why would they make the coupe shorter? No good reason. A Ford Mustang has a wheelbase that is 107.1 inches which is longer than the Civic Coupe. Does that mean the Mustang is not a coupe? Of course not. Wheelbase has nothing whatsoever to do with it. A coupe is a coupe no matter the wheel base.
- Why don't people buy a real car? It's crazy with all the money people dump into a car they could of saved up an bought a real sports or muscle car. Instead they'd buy a Honda, Volkswagen, or Mitsubishi. An waste money from car lowering it, buying bodykits or horrible rims that don't even help with performance. Can't forget a big spoiler, painted rims or a painted hood. Or cheap aftermarket parts. Like honestly why not save up a little drive a pos an leave it the way it is?

So i drained the old oil i removed the parts i had to cleaned the sieve put it back all as it was i checked twice i put the new oil in heated the engine a bit waited put one more bit oil in and it should bebready to go but for sone reason the bike is slower up hill like its lazier and it has a hard time falling into second geqr anyone know wtf

- Will and 99 Honda civic lx sedan engine fit in a 99 Honda civic ex coupe? I recently crashed my Honda civic lx and busted the whole frame. The body shops estimated $2,500-$3,500 to fix the damage. I found someone on craigslist selling a 99 civic ex coupe but the motor is messed up so their selling it for $1000 if I were to buy it would I be able to switch my 99 civic lx engine to the 99 civic ex model without any major complications or modifications?
