How to do a window conversion from manual to automatic for a Honda civic 1996?
How do I do a window conversion from manual to automatic for a Honda civic 1996?
Buy the parts and put them in.
or call some auto repair shops and see if they will do it.
expect to pay around $1500
Your going to need the mounts inside the doors for the regulators & motors, if the ones you have don't have them.
Then the Motors & regulators
You'll need the harnesses. Then those will need to be wired to the fuse panel & relays, and the connecting harness from the passenger door(s) to the drivers door
And the Inside door panels that have the switch assemblies
It may be cheaper to go to a salvage yard & by the doors complete, with the harness, then install them & paint the doors the color of the car, unless you can find them the same color
You can look into power window add on kits.
There are plenty aftermarket kits available online including on Ebay for the conversion.
