The only thing you can do with out spending thousands of dollars is a cat-back exhaust system. You get an average of 25 more horsepower and can actually feel it.
Honda's all have tight valve trouble as a common problem and the valves need adjusting every 60,000 miles or you get power loss and a rough idle.
Don't waste your money on a cold air intake. All vehicles come with a cold air intake from the factory that work just fine. The after market shiny chrome ones have a problem ruining MAF sensors because the oil on the cleanable filters migrates to the MAF sensor's wires ruining the MAF.

- Honda Amaze automatic or Hyundai Xcent automatic? Which would be better purely in terms of performance, acceleration, smooth and fast gearshifts and handling, i mean the better drivers car. I know hondas transmission and engines are great, but is the hyundai as good too? Even though the xcent has only 4 gears, i.e. 1 less than the amaze, it has tiptronic, would this by any chance improve the driving experience? I sadly don't have the opportunity to test drive these cars.
