How to powerslide an automatic engine?
I have my Honda Civic LXi 2000 model. And i've been wondering if how can i do the powerslide with it, just for fun.
Wait until winter or when its wet, go to a big parking lot. Use the ebrake while turning it will cause your back end to slide out, counter steer while accelerating and you can hold the slide for a few seconds. Takes some practice but RWD is the best option for powerslides.
- Mechanic said he rebuilt the engine, smoke coming out of engine, could it be the grease burning off? The mechanic said he rebuilt the engine to my 1974 Honda CB550 I bought from him. Said he rebuilt the engine and is in perfect running condition. He has many bikes lying around and seems as if he is a hobbyist for bikes. He told me that he basically greased up a lot of parts of the motor and it is burning the grease off. The next oil change I do should remove the excess grease.
- Honda Amaze automatic or Hyundai Xcent automatic? Which would be better purely in terms of performance, acceleration, smooth and fast gearshifts and handling, i mean the better drivers car. I know hondas transmission and engines are great, but is the hyundai as good too? Even though the xcent has only 4 gears, i.e. 1 less than the amaze, it has tiptronic, would this by any chance improve the driving experience? I sadly don't have the opportunity to test drive these cars.
