Keep my honda civic si or go with a 2005 rx8?
Got a guy wanting better gas mileage and wants to trade my 97 civic si hatchback his 05 rx8 6 speed manual. I'm aware of all the maintenance needed for the rx8. Oil consumption and warming and cooling down the engine. But realistically are these motors made to last 200k like a civic or am I going to be looking forward to replacing the motor? I love the look af the rx8. And I'm willing to take care of it.
Keep the Civic. Unfortunately, the RX8 is the only un-reliable car Mazda has ever made.

Keep the Honda, it's much more reliable.
- Mazda rx8 V.S. Honda s2000? Ok so I'm almost 17 and of course I want a fast car. My parents will help me buy any car I want… Almost… The fastest they will let me get is like a boss mustang or a corvette. Of course I don't have money for those. And my dad has a Lexus IS350C and of course I want to race him. Anyway… I like the looks of the s2000 better but which is faster? And is getting the s2000 worth giving up the back seats?
- I have a 2006 Honda Metropolitan, WHen cold it starts up but i have to keep revving it to keep it going? I have already replaced the battery, air filter, spark plug, did an oil change, got new gas, cleaned out the carb. Once it is warm i have no issues with it. It usually takes about 3 to 4 min of driving it to get it warm but once warm everything is fine with stopping and going.
- Why do all the 15amp fuses keep blowing in my 93 Honda Civic Eg? All of the power circuit fuses keep blowing as soon as I try to start my car. My boyfriend and I re wired everything, but when we turn the car over it won't start and all the fuses for the power blow! 3 in the dash and 1 under the hood… Why?! Someone help!
- Sell this car or keep it? I have a 2008 honda civic with 150k miles. Recently, it had a cracked engine block? Honda honored the extended warranty and fixed this at no cost to me. I now have a brand new engine with no miles on it. Is this the start of several repairs, and should I sell it? Or should I keep this car?
