Which car would you go with?

I'm looking in to buying a new car sometime this month, I'm 19 going to turn 20 and want buy myself a birthday gift. I'm currently stuck between a 2014 Honda Civic Si sedan and a 2010 Chevy Camaro rs(automatic since it's the V6). The Si is $23k and the Camaro is $22k both have low miles especially the Camaro since it's a 2010, I believe 29k miles. I'm in college and I work as well, my school and work are in the same town, I live about 30 minutes away so it's not a big commute. But what I want to ask is, which car is best? I know the civic is good fuel wise but what pros and cons do you guys have that own one of these cars?

Not even in the same ballpark.

Do you want practical & reliable or do you want high insurance?

Advice: Unless you are paying cash, do not buy any car.

Both will be pricy to insure but the Camaro will be significantly more expensive than the Civic. A more sensible option would be standard (i.e. Non SI) Civic or an Accord. Somewhat boring to be sure, but a lot cheaper to insure for an under 25 driver.

2014 Honda Civic Si. 2014 Honda Civic is one of the best compact cars you can buy. With its reputation for reliability, safety, comfort and excellent resale still intact, the 2014 Honda Civic remains one of the best small-car values around. Which car would you go with - 1
