Who is at fault in this collision?
I was with my girlfriend and my 9mo daughter she had a doctors appointment for her shots. I need to stop and pump some gas so i pull in the 76 gas station. When I was leaving the gas station getting in to traffic and trying to get to the last turning lane. The light for first two lanes to go straight is red. I make eye contact with the drive the driver waves to let me in I then merge in and I wave to the next driver to the left he lets me in so when i finally get in, i'm signaling this whole time i'm yielding to see if its clear to get into the turning lane a silver honda crv about 7 cars behind, the turning light has been on green for a while now, so as i merge with my signal on. Thinking she would slow down and let me in she suddenly hits me
Who is at fault?
I'm very thankful no one was injured in either vehicle, also I have full coverage insurance.
You are. First of all, in most states its not legal to change lanes within 100 feet of an in intersection or cross multiple lanes. It might not be legal in that situation to exit the gas station and cross traffic even if there are no cars coming. All of that aside you were changing lanes, you have the obligation to make sure its clear. All of the signals /waves don't change the right of way.
You're at fault. The CRV is clearly travelling using the left lane of the road while you're cutting across it. You must yield to all traffic to do that but you did not.
You are. You failed to yield to oncoming traffic and you did not have the right of way.
YOU are. NEVER "assume" someone with right-of-way is going to stop for you.

- Who would be at fault in a car wreck like this? This wasn't my video but it's just like what happened in my case. Basically, my fiancé was driving her silver Audi Q7 the way the camera car was driving. A red Honda Crosstour pulled out the way the van did and they collided. So who would be at fault? My fiancé or the red Honda?

All the electrics work when the bike is running! Can anyone give me an in site on what has happened? I have checked the fuses and ground points and there all okay also all the connections are okay?
