Decent audio configuration for Honda City I-vtec 2009 Model. Delhi?

I'm looking for a decent audio configuration for my 2009 Honda City I-vtec. My Budget is 20-25k. I've a factory fitted system with front and rear door speakers. I've no idea about what a decent music system configuration must be like. I don't want to consult the shop owners because they just try to sell their product.
Also
What accessories can I use on my car. I've very limited choices due to the car being of Golden-Metallic color. I couldn't find much interior and exterior accessories for the same on google and I'm not sure which shops to take my car to. I live in Delhi.
