How can i fix this Honda Dio? Can i fix it by my own?
I wanted to check the front brakes, si i started and raced it holding the front brakes alone. My fingers sliped from the break and I crashed my Dio straight to the wall.

Claim on your insurance. Also you need to consider your future as a rider if you are inclined to ride into walls.
Probably not if you are daft enough to launch yourself at a wall.
You would need to identify exactly what the damage is, you might have bent the protective bar but you might also have bent the bracket holding it or cracked the plastic you can probably replace those parts, you might even be able to repair the parts yourself with time and tools.
Fix you're brain first.
