Maybe but it's much more likely you don't understand something. Post more details and why you think you are being overcharged.
What makes you think so? On a loan, early payments go mostly to interest since the balance is still high.

Now when i go to register it the DMV says i need a bill of sale. I have no way to get in contact with the guy who sold it to me. Is there anything I can do to get this registered?
