The foam seal around the tail lights are a favorite trouble spots for Honda leaks. If you put newspaper inside under them (to show up water easily) and hose them down you can test the seals.
Apart from screen and door seals, if it has a sunroof then check the seal and look for drainage direct to ground from small a watering can around the 4 corners.
If all else fails then get some smoke in the closed car under positive pressure of the air blower and watch and smell for where it comes out. (Incense stick could be best).
These can be hard to pinpoint. Is boot ok? Is screen seal damaged?
Try removing seat. Go through car wash and check for ingress. Us it coming in via a failed seam? Door seal?
If we can pinpoint one side? We can try talcum powder and high pressure jet wash.

It has been discontinued from Honda, and no one else has it. It is a metal gear. The one's for the 1986-2001 CR 500 are plastic. If I have to use plastic, I will. However, I prefer not to. If anyone knows where I can get the OEM 1985 Honda CR 500 gear shaft, I would forever be grateful.
- Honda Jazz won't take water in the water fill cap? I recently purchased a Honda jazz 2005 mode from a garage, top condition. I'm going on a long journey tomorrow and routinely like I would with any car I checked the water and oil levels. (cold engine). Water level was halfway between min and max so I attempted to top it up with coolant mix, however, as in poured the h20/coolant mixture into the water tank it just came straight back up as though the tank was full, although I can see it's only half full. Any ideas?
