I'm writing this letter to file a report for a car accident in which I witnessed on the 28th of may. I was driving my Hyundai i10, 9678 along the supreme court of Thailand when a Honda city, 7845 came in a rush and hit a toyota camry car. The car was totally smashed and damaged brutally. The Honda city managed to escape from the scene immediately, and I could not hold the driver at that moment. But I managed to take a note of his car number which I have stated above.
The accident not only led to physical damage of the car but it has also injured the man to a great extent. I had to park my car to be able to regain myself from the shock of what i saw. I went closer before the ambulance came for the injured innocent man. To my surprise, i found out it was the judge of the supreme court (JUDGE BEGHUEL NAKAAN) that was laying on the ground. It was shocking i didn't know what to say or do. Please i beg the royal thai police to take the necessary steps, whatever it may be to find out about them. With the help of the car number, it will be easy for you to locate them.
