1980 honda cm200 not starting after i removed and cleaned carb?

The motorcycle turns over but will not start up i cleaned the plugs and there's an erratic spark everyone once in awhile coming from the stator

Woah, get it looked at. How exactly did you clean it? I'd get it checked out, or you may risk something happening.

If the engine was running BEFORE you removed and cleaned the carbs, it may be a CARBURETOR reassembly (gasoline delivery) problem. If you cleaned the plugs, it is also important to see that they are properly gapped, and that their wires are fully reinstalled and none loose.
You can remove a plug, spray some "starting fluid" directly into the cylinder, quickly replace the plug and wire, and try to start it immediately… If it runs briefly and then dies, it is indicative of the carbs not getting gas to the engine.

Did you blow out the passages with air? Carburettor cleaner alone is not always enough. Make sure fuel flows into carburettor and reaches float bowl first. If yes, and you have a good spark, could still be pilot jet and/or passage is clogged. Blow both out with air.
