I'm too short for a scooter?

Hi guys i'm looking for a scooter i'm going to be 16 years old (4dec) and i'm looking for a bike but i'm 1.46m thats to small for a scooter so i was thinking to buy dax honda but i think i'm small for that i don't know maybe just one foot reaches the ground any ideas do you guys know any scooter for me or do you guys know small versions of dax or can i lower the bike please i'm ******* small all my friends got some bikes almost every day they do a road trip togerher and i'm the omly one without a bike any ideas and don't say that i need to wait until i'm big enough i cwnt wait

Those monkey bikes are very low, but as I understand it Honda haven't made them for years, so you will be getting a cheap Chinese knock-off. And although the quality of Chinese bikes has slowly improved they are known for poor parts and service back-up.
