How to start bike without key?

I have a 1988 Honda Shadow Vlx VT600C and i lost the keys to the bike. I could go buy one but i was wondering if i could just put a toggle with on to bypass the ignition switch and then just start it with the start button on the handlebars. And if i can which wires do i need to connect to the toggle switch.

Remove the ignition barrel and take it to a dealer or maybe some place that cuts keys, there should be a code on it. You can get a replacement key from that code. Imagine putting a switch on it that you just press to start the bike, the fact that it's alot easier for criminals to steal (When they eventually find out where the toggle switch is) and also the fact that when you come to sell the bike on - It's going to look a bit dodgy. An '88?
Possible, but giving out that kind of information is liable. No Thanks. Well, see, you use some hot wire, then you get out your switchblade and strip the wires, then… Another one of these bot names.
Thats about 10 I have counted so far. It is easy to tell, all created on the same date and all your answers are in portuguese there should be little button on top of the steering wheel. Press that button, turn the key all the way to left (Off) and then pull it out. Sometimes you also have to move the steering left/right to get it out.
