Motorcycle: If a bike has low RPM, does it mean it is less smoother than a one with higher?
Like Honda CBR 250R, it has a RPM of max 12. Kawasaki Ninja 250r has a RPM of max 15… So ninja goes smoother? Just because it has higher RPM or because it is a twin cylinder?

The CBR 250 is a single cylinder engine the Ninja 250 is a twin cylinder engine and that makes it run smoother.

Smoother depends on how balanced the engine is. I don't know the Honda, but my Suzuki LS650 was ridiculously smooth. My other long ride was a '82 Suzuki GS450E. IMHO, the frequency of the vibration matters more than the amplitude -- the twin had a vibration like a dentist's drill, the thumper had the vibration like a cheap motel's massage bed.

the factorys have to set the rpm limit somewhere, some set it maybe at 12000rpm, some at 15000rpm but that doesn't mean the engine with the 15000rpm limit will run "smoother" and more lasting.
the rev-limiter can be removed and then the engine that prior was limited to 12000rpm can then rev at 15000rpm too.
- Less than $50 bike rack for small hybrid? So I have a honda crz, 2012 and I want to take my bikes on a road trip. Clearly I can't stick them in my trunk, and after looking on amazon(it has my price range) I found a few and some said that they would not fit my car, but other bike racks did not have the option to put in my car model and year. So my question is what is a good bike rack that will fit my honda crz 2012 that can handle 4 hours on the interstate in my price range?

- Honda civic del sol rpm meter jumping at around 4k rpm? My 94 del sol when driven on the highway. After i hit a little over 4 rpm… The needle starts jumping from 4 to maybe 6 but no engine change or high rev. Just the rpm meter and my temperature guage hit cold and kinda bounce up and down at the bottom line. I recently changed my whole distributor for a used one if that help. Any answers would be appreciated.
