Trouble deciding between Honda Vision 110 and Yamaha D'elight 125?
I'm trying to decide which to buy between the Honda Vision 110 or Yamaha D elight 125… I've sat on both bikes. I've found the Yamaha to be more comfortable to sit on, and has more storage space under the seat, but the Honda apparently does more mpg, and I slightly prefer it style-wise. Which would you choose?
For me, I hate Honda because I worked for them and hated the way they treated many of their employees.
I've never had a Yamaha, so I would choose them to judge their performance first hand. I've known police officers who love their Yamaha.
Or I would go with what I know works and get a Suzuki or Kawasaki
It's totally your choice, but for reliability and endurance I'd go for Honda. They also have the best residual value when you decide to sell.
Feel/comfort is important I'd go that way.
Of course a 110cc is going to have slightly better MPG than a 125cc.
Have owned three Honda's, they were/are good bikes but have also had seven Yamaha's and they were good too.
It's your decision
I would go with the closest dealer and lowest routine maintenance and valve adjustment costs. But that's me. You mention none of that, so you don't care. Your choice.
Personally I would choose the Honda because it has larger wheels (which give a better ride over rough or potholed road). If storage is an issue you can fit a topbox to the rack at the back. Comfort is difficult to gauge just by sitting on them - unless they are extremely uncomfortable or cramped.
On the other hand I have had good experiences with Yamaha finish and quality - despite Honda's reputation for both - I would say Yamaha are a close second to Honda, and in some cases equal.
- Which is the Best Scooter among Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Swish 125, TVS Jupiter? I'm planning to buy a scooter and I'm sceptical in my choice between Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Swish 125 Facelift, TVS Jupiter, Suzuki Access 125, from the mentioned scooters which could be the best choice with respect to Mileage, performance and maintenance free Vehicle?
- Where is the battery on a honda CRF 110? I'm pretty sure its underneath the seat but i don't want to rip the seat off if its not under there.
- GRS 125 or a Honda CBF 125? I'm stuck between the bikes, both look very reliable and build quality. The GRS 125 is new and is around 2000 pounds at my dealer, pretty bike and feels nice, Austrian made so its a European bike. The CBF125 is a 2010 model with 310 miles, pretty much new and seems nice too, it comes around 1700 pounds. So I was wondering which one I would be recommend as a starter bike and what's the better choice?
