What size of bolts do I use to hold the battery on my 1998 honda cbr 600? - 1

I lost the bolts that connect my battery on my 1998 honda cbr and I don't remember what size they are

Piles of old batteries in most shops.[like mine] i would just take them off a battery and give them to you. I'm sure other shops will as well. Brings in your future business!

6mm diameter
10mm long
Thread pitch 1.0mm

The nuts are specially made for the battery.
Do not use ordinary nuts.
The hardware is not sold separately.
Must purchase a battery to obtain it.

Walk into any Japanese motorcycle shop and ask for a used set of nuts & bolts for your battery (bring the battery part #)
Shops have junk batteries piling up to be recycled.

Before asking for the used hardware, buy something cheap at the parts counter to get on the good side of the parts guy.

  • I have a 98 honda cbr 600 f3? The bike will start and idle but when I start riding it will sputter, lose power and die. Also coolant will spray out of the overfill line on the top of the coolant and the bike will over heat. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?

  • Hole in 93' Honda CBR 600 F2? I recently bought a 93 Honda CBR 600 F2.It was in decent shape til my Dad tried to show off and laid it over without even taking off and cracked a casing. Now there's a small hole about 4 inches away from the alternater the size if a nickel.Anybody know what part the hole is in and How much it would cost to replace? Any sites that sell the part? Thanks

Actually I'm thinking about buying this bike and upgrade its fairing to Honda cbr 600 rr 7/12 model… Did anyone had changed the fairing before and does it fits on 400rr? If yes then can you share me the pictures of it… I'm only asking to those who have done this before. Thank you on advance
