Fat neighbor keeps making dents and scratches on my car?

I bought my first car last year. It's paint was immaculate (freshly repainted). It had but one barely noticeable small door dent on the driver's side. It had not a single scratch. I live in an apartment so I have to park my car next to my neighbor. I started to notice little scratches on the driver's side (since I always park my car in reverse). Recently (2-3 months ago) I notest a door bump on the passenger side. I then examined my car thoroughly and notest all of the scratches were identical. They're small lines next/ near each other. There's atleast 12 in total and a total of 4 door hits. I 100% know it's her because at the store I ALWAYS park AWAY from other cars. I even take up two spots sometimes so no one will park next to me. I try to park as far away from my fat neighbor's car but she still manages to hit me. Should I get an estimate from an auto body shop and tell her to pay me for the damages? Or should I wait for her to do it again and confront her or record her? Please help. I actually care about my car unlike her. I always baby it and clean it. Me, my bro and my dad just recently painted the rims ourselves (factory color.) Her car is a big green Honda Odyssey and mine is a blue Hyundai Tiburon GT V6. Thanks! FYI I'm moving soon so I don't mind putting equal or worse dents and scratches on her car.

The courts will not support what you intend unless you have video recordings of her doing this. Apartment or not, restricted parking or not, these are difficult to prove in court. As to the parking, unless you can park somewhere else, there's no remedy unless you place boating rubber bumpers by your car doors to stop her from hitting yours. Sorry.

There's no profit in revenge.
Get a magnetic rubber thing or sign to protect your door.
Don't get all neurotic and controlling over a 6 to10 year old car.

First you need actual proof it sounds likely this is the case but ACTUAL proof either witness her do this or record it some how. Then confront her about it and if she denies it show her the video and explain this has been happening for some time and has caused a bit of damage. She has a choice to fix it either out of pocket on her own free will or with a police report backing up your claims filled through her insurance.

I would try yo get her on video but make sure your proof is good I have an 18 year old car 96 civic but I'd be pretty darn mad if any one was dinging or denting it. I'd first confront her about it and ask her if she has accidentally hit your car at all then if she says yes ask for compensation if no then take video and show them if they still say no for compensation threaten legal action most will be scared of the law and wait. If I was you I'd even go to your police station and ask an officer on what to do they will help you out the most just don't go for revenge that's bad to do and will cost u

And what, exactly, is your question? All I SEE IS THE RANT OF SOME LITTLE FU©KHEAD WITH SOME OLD CAR.Fat neighbor keeps making dents and scratches on my car - 1
