Which business to start up?

I'm moving to a small town that is sort of in the middle of two large towns, each large town is 30 minutes roughly from where I'm at. Thing is, there's not many jobs located there, and I don't want to commute 30 minutes. I'm multi-talented, I can do many things such as cake decorating, floral design, wedding dress design, automotive detailing, automotive restoration, horse training, artwork… Etc. I'm thinking of either starting a floral business or a automotive detail business with light auto body work option. Thing is… I'm not sure if the automotive is a real demand? The closest floral shop is probably 10 - 20 miles away. I have tons of customer service experience, I've been a florist for about 2 years, right now I sell Honda's and train horses on the side. If anyone has an opinion they would like to share or any advice it would be greatly appreciated. I know the floral would cost more than the automotive business to start up. Maybe possibly do a wedding floral business with a bakery in it so they can get flowers and cake ordered at the same time? I've been throwing ideas around in my head all the time. The town I'm moving to has about 700 people. I'm a single mother, as well. That's why I think it would be nice to have my own business where I can make my own hours. Thanks in advanced!

Added (1). I may add I have not moved to the town yet. I just moved into MN a little under two years ago so I guess I can say I don't know what needs can be met or improved upon. I plan on asking around but just want some opinions. The problem is - I have to many skills I enjoy doing. If there was a job that included everything I'm good at & enjoy doing then I would probably be doing that already. I appreciate your honesty though.

Honestly, no one here can answer this for you. YOU live in the community, know what needs can be met, or improved upon. YOU know what skills you have and what finances you have to do what kind of business.

A town with only 700 people is not enough to support a business (which is why there are no jobs there). You will have to commute, and 30 minutes is not that long of a drive.
