2002 honda accord se or 2001 acura tl?
I'm currently a freshmen in college and i'm in search for a car. I attend the local university and commute. It is like 10 min away by car, walking is about 30 min. I was wondering which car was better, a 2002 honda accord se with 141k miles for $2900 or a 2001 acura tl with 145k miles for $3200 which includes leather seats and a navigation system. I know the accords are very reliable cars with a good rep, but is the acura tl reliable too. I'm looking for something realible, that looks good, with decent horsepower, thanks.
Those years had lemon transmissions that consistently fail around 30,000 miles. Nothing else is wrong with them. Even with a brand new transmission that is a bad deal. Run away.
2002 Honda Accord SE

I'm in Japan & got a 2002 Honda Civic hatchback, just to get from point a to point b, I want to change the stereo, if I buy a 2002 stereo & harness and antenna and all that from Amazon, for American Honda civics, will it fit in a Japanese Honda Civic?
- 2001 Honda civic EX or 2000 Acura Integra? The honda has 134k for $3,500 and the Acura is a 4 cylinder with 166k for $3,500. I don't know which one to choose. Any suggestions? And why or why not you chose that car.
- Pre-owned 2012-2013 Acura TSX or 2015 Honda Accord Sport? Considering a pre-owned Acura TSX or a new Honda Accord Sport. They're both roughly around 24-25k. I may be able to get a better deal on the TSX since it's a used car. May also look at the TLX which replaces the TSX for 2015, however would cost around 30k. As far as the 24-25k range, what would be considered a better buy?
