USA 2002 Civic stereo to Japanese 2002 civic stereo?

I'm in Japan & got a 2002 Honda Civic hatchback, just to get from point a to point b, I want to change the stereo, if I buy a 2002 stereo & harness and antenna and all that from Amazon, for American Honda civics, will it fit in a Japanese Honda Civic?

I would say not as each is made for a home market.

  • Why are Japanese products so pricey? When I went to Japan, everything they have on sale are so expensive (more expensive than the one in the USA). The only exception is their car. Honda, Toyota, Nissan.
  • Import a Scooter from Vietnam to California, USA? I wanted to buy a 2016 Honda SH 105cc, which is not available in the US. I wonder how could i do that? Anyone have any suggestion?
  • I just returned to the USA. I need a car? I rented a car for three weeks. I drove my Wrangler 11 years, then sold it before going to work in Asia for six years. It served me well. I need a new vehicle. I want something built by Americans. Mazda, Honda, are OK, so long as it is built in the USA. I want a crossover or small SUV. A Wrangler is too small, and sporty. I want something more conservative. My auntie can't get innand out of a Wrangler.
  • How come skyline can't be made in usa under infinity? I mean there's an Honda nsx under acura nsx in the us. There's Honda Euro that is not avaible in the us but they have an acura tsx replacement for it. Is it only a thing under honda and acura that can make it? I mean why couldn't infinity have made a us version of the r34 r33 r32 skyline GTR in the us? I know the GTR doesn't pass the US law that is why I'm asking why can't infinity make it like Honda and acura does with the nsx/ the honda euro/acura tsx
