Problems with 1993 Honda Accord Ex code 43?

I have a 1993 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinders and I have a check engine light that is 4 slow flashes and 3 fast ones leading to a code 43. It said to check the O2 sensor, the fuel filter, and the fuel pressure sensor so i did and changed them all and the car is still the same the car struggles to turn on and barely stays on without the losing pressure and turning off and i get alot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I decided to change the fuel pump thinking that was the problem but the car is still the same and still have the same check engine light. The car struggles to stay on or even turn on I can't even drive it out off the parking lot before i have to go back because it will turn off on me and i have to give it a lot of gas just to move a couple of feet and have a lot of white smoke come out whenever i try driving it. Does anyone know what is wrong?

If you changed everything you say and lots of white smoke is coming out you are burning oil cause by broken head gasket sounds like the engine is bad. Is your oil level or antifreeze level low? If both are low your engine is cracked and mixing the two. If not low antifreeze your burning oil and the engine is bad inside.
