Which is a more reliable car the 2015 Nissan Altima,2015 Honda accord, or 2015 Toyota Camery?
Which is better on gas? Which can I put 200 k miles on easily with no major issues?
I own 2 Hondas and drive a Civic for my main car now and my parents own 3 Honda and 2 cars that are irrelevant to this. I don't have any experience with Nissan or Toyota.
But i will go for the Honda just because i'm used to it and had Hondas my whole life and it no problems at all. Thats just my preference. But do what you want. According to the " facts " those cars have the same MPG.
My Civic has very good MPG 40 minutes back and forth to work everyday 5 days a week. $30 to fill tank once a week
All three are very reliable. The Honda Accord 4 cylinder and Toyota Camry 4 cylinder are slightly more reliable than the Nissan Altima. The Nissan Altima 4 cylinder is rated the best fuel mileage. The 4 cylinder Accord with CVT transmission is rated at 36 highway but many people who own them are getting 38 and even 40 mpg on the highway. My choice would be the Honda Accord EX-L 4 cylinder. Another very good car is the Mazda 6.
2015 Toyota Camry
Accord or Camry are more reliable. Altima only has ok reliability. All 3 are good on gas for their speed. The slower ones will be even better on gas, but relative to speed all 3 are about equal.

And please don't say i should go to honda and Toyota i did and i don't like the timing belt it cost too much to replace and not expecting to spend close to a grand within a week or so not in my budget.
