this car suck, i won't buy honda again

Your stuck with that car buddy. There's not customer satisfaction guarantee when it comes to cars. Once you sign that loan application, you are legally binned. You can return the car or let it go to repo, but they will come after you for that money.

Sure you can trade the car but don't expect to get anything close to what you paid for it, especially now that it has problems. If you still owe a balance on a car loan, my guess is the trade value is less than your balance, which means you are "upside down" and would have to have a significant amount of cash to do the trade.

Why not simply have the car fixed under warranty? It's free.

Can i trade in get new one
still under 36,000 miles

i don't want keep fix it no time for it
even fix i must has guarantee all time
engine mess up now

First, what's actually wrong?

A "noise" could be almost anything from the motor falling apart, to a loose cover that's rattling.

Now there are often "lemon laws", but to invoke those it has to be a fault that the dealer has had a reasonable attempt to fix, and hasn't got it right after several attempts.

Just turning up to the dealer saying you want a new car because this one is making a noise and you don't like it any more won't get you anywhere.

Now if they have had to replace the transmission twice already, and it's going out again, then it's time to talk about lemons, and getting a replacement car. But your rant doesn't have any actual details. Just not liking the car any more doesn't qualify.

Sure, you can return it but don't expect to get anywhere close to the amount of money for it that you paid for it. You will lose thousands due to the depreciation value as well as the dealer only paying the you the wholesale value for the vehicle.

You will financially be much better off just taking the car back to the service dept. To have them look at whatever issues you're experiencing under warranty.

You can't cancel the deal but it may be
under warranty.

If you think Hondas are bad, buy a Chrysler.

  • Can i sue used car dealer ship? I brought a 2012 vw jetta in 2014. I paid almost 1900 in total. I new i was robbed after the fact. In 2016 I go to Honda dealer ship to try and trade in my car and they told me that my car was reported stolen in 2013 and that my car was used a a rental. Honda told me that I have a upside down car because they over charger me and didn't tell me the true facts about the car. Can i take them to court?
  • Is it ok to lease one care return it then go to another dealership to lease another car? My lease on my Honda Civic is over in one year. I want to lease a Chevy Cruze next. Does this happen often?
  • Can I bring to dealer to add option on my 2014 civic lx (base model car)? I brought a pre owned 2014 Honda Civic LX sedan with 15,000 miles which they don't have EX-L models and I noticed there's no navigation, leather seats and its no option added so it's just plain, so it has cloth seats, keyed start, and lucky have a backup camera, is it possible bring to dealer to add option like leather seats, navigation etc?
  • Can I return a used car I purchased yesterday from a major dealership in Texas? I just purchased a pre-owned 2013 Honda, with bumper to bumper warranty, but realized I necessarily think I received the best deal. After checking the Carfax, there were two different mileages shown. I mentioned it to the dealer and they advised it was an error. I have also noticed the car may have done mechanical issues, and my car was not detailed or gas filled when i purchased. Am I still within my limits to return?
