Car keeps dying when driving?
I have a 1997 Honda Prelude. After a few blocks of driving the car suddenly loses power and dies and the rpm drops. It happens after a few blocks of driving or when I launch and downshift. I check oil, it's fine. No check engine light, the last time it was a knock sensor and I replaced it and light went away. But it still drives horrible. It seems stuck or something. I took it to a mechanic and he couldn't find the problem. I'm stuck on this for weeks now
Why don't you get a new car?
- My car's shifter keeps popping out of gear? 1993 Honda Civic My car has recently been pooping out of gear. I think it's the shifter, It goes into gear and then it pops out. It feels like it's slowly getting pushed out. I got a new trans a year ago. Any ideas?
- My car keeps running hot! I need immediate My car keeps overheating. I have 2005 Honda Civic Ex. I have changed both thermostats, water pump, head gasket && radiator but it still continues to run hot. My mechanic says I need a new motor but I would only need a new motor if the oil && water are mixing which they aren't. Inside the car the temperature may not say it's running hot but if you look at the hood you'll see steam comin from the BRAND NEW radiator.
- My car 2005 honda civic keeps over heating? My car keeps over heatting if changed the radiator and thermis stat and the fan switch senser and still over heatting my fans come on for about 5 secs then shut off but I can turn my a/c on and both fans will come on
- Inside of car keeps getting wet? I have a 93 Honda Civic DX. Everytime it rains, the inside of the car under the driver and passenger gets soaking wet. Is there a reason why this happens. Can anyone explain or help please.
