My 2002 Honda Civic a.c stopped blowing cold air
My car stopped blowing cold air. I didn't use my car for 2 days and when I got in and turned on the car the a.c was just blowing hot air. I didn't get around to fixing it after 3 days so I plugged in the r135a with the regulated valve and it just up to red so there was high pressure. I released the pressure by sticking a screwdriver in the low pressure valve and the pressure went down and I added more of the refrigerant. But the a.c is still hot and I noticed the fans where the radiator is are not running when the a.c is on. Please I need help fixing this i don't know what els to do.
Compressor failure
Your right you don't know what to do. So take it to a repair shop where someone knows how to fix it.
- Is the AEM V2 cold air intake worth it for my 97 honda prelude? So i'm thinking of buying a cold air intake and i've heard the v2 is a really good one. Is it worth the money? How much and what would i gain from it? Just basically need to know details and all that stuff. Thankz a lot guys
- My 07 Honda civic type r a/c is blowing warm air out. I've had it regassed at halfords? When I start the ac I hear the fan start and the click. The wheel is spinning the fan is spinning the blades look good condition. Anything else I can check myself with out taking it to the garage.
- I bought a 05 honda civic last year, and I wanted to know what aftermarket cold air intake I have? It has no label, so I'm confused on how to identify what it is. I need to know that and also need to know what kind of air filter it is… It desperately needs to be cleaned. Any help would be nice. I'd add a photo but at the moment I can't.
- Car A/C blows cold air till I reach 45+ mph? I have a 2004 honda civic and my AC is pretty good. Like it blows cold air but once I hit about 45 mph the AC will actually turn from cold and get kinda hot and humid. It's weird. Then like once I return to about 40 mph it'll get cold again. Any suggestions? Perhaps include average cost to fix it?
