How much of a mileage if too much for a 2006 honda civic?
Mine has 126,705K.
Anything more than 12,000 miles per year. So assuming your car is 10 years old, it shouldn't have more than 120,000 miles.
How much life more more miles could i expect out of it. Btw i traded my car in for this one bc its sportier, better fuel economy and faster. Look at my previous question.
You are barely half way done, Ashely. As long as you continue to full service and maintain your Honda it has the potential to last until 300k miles.
- Which is better Honda civic 2006 or vw Passat 2006? I'm getting a car soon and I can't decide which one. Which has better reputation, safety, which will last me longer? They're both in good shape. About 130,000 miles on both.
- What is a good mileage to look for in a Honda Civic, Scion xB, and Toyota Prius to be used for a few years without too many problems? I'm looking at the above mentioned cars to be used for 1-3 years, but I do not know the mileage to look for. I d like to know the milage lifetime for each car mentioned, and approximately at how many miles the car will survive without having consistent problems. If you could give me the answer for each kind of car, or even one of them it would be greatly appreciated.
- What could cause a Honda civic 2000 to waste too much gas? I already fixed and replaced the following: Spark plugs Oil change Wheel alignment / chamber fix (what is this?) New tires This is a hatchback and the car is very fast in automatic. How could I figure this out?
- What are some performance mods I can add to my 09' Honda Civic Si without hurting the lifespan of it too much? I will be commuting 50mi. Each way once college starts this summer so I won't be able to add any sort of turbo/supercharger. I'm planning on getting an intake, throttle body, and headers. Just wondering if I can do anything else besides those listed ^ :)
