Prius c 2015 or honda civic hybrid 2013?
I'm interested in both of these cars let's just start off with the pros and the cons and maybe any other either prius or honda civic hybrid owners come across this. I'm looking at a 2015 pruis c it's a preowned car but it only has 50 miles on it so it's basically brand new! Now the asking price is 16,000 and the prius is nice but interior is cheap so now I'm looking at the honda civic hybrid and It has 55,000 miles and they're asking 15000 but it has leather heated seats, efficient on gas and it's a lot prettier than the prius (my opinion). Now I will not pay 15,000 they will lower the car to 13,000 maybe if I'm approved and I don't think I can haggle down the prius. So what do you guys think? They are going to call me tomorrow and quite frankly I'm still confused as to which car I want.
Buy the car with 50 miles on it. The Honda actually has high miles considering it's only 2 years old. Average miles are between 15-20K per year, so it's well over the average.
I'm also on a budget I'm only 18 years old. I worked all through high school to save up and by myself a car. So it's my first time buying as well. I'm just nervous on making my decision. That was an excellent point it does have a lot of miles for 3 years. I was trying to lower it down to 12,000 rather than 15,00. If they take it would you still consider the prius that has only 50 miles. And not to mention the prius has a 100,000 mile Warranty on battery I think on anything with the engine. I'm doing this on my own. I can get all the help I get. P.S I'm the person who wrote the question I just can't figure out how to edit it.
Toyota has the drive train sorted. Honda are still trying to greet there with the civic.
The Prius C is ok, some are longer in rear, weird for parking,
Honda Civic is hybrid, easier on gas, econo savvy,
Check blue book value and resale, retail/ wholesale, fuel cost fluctuations, hydro hours, and seating, Prius may be upright and better on back, Honda still sporty and crunched in, insurance rate or value, color, four/5 door, engine size 4/6 cc ci, wheel sizes, air/heat fuel use, Wi-Fi, or modern connectivity, warranty or not,
Prius probably is better deal for same price, do background check for leans of ownership pending, or not, accidents or recall updates,

Honda Civic hybrid 2013. This model inherits a pair of upturned chrome accents for the grille and lower intake, which impart a less-droopy, sad-looking countenance. Thanks to a quicker ratio and reduced friction in the rack, the electric power steering is more accurate, too. The hybrid version, however, rides on fuel-economy-optimized Bridgestone Ecopia tires, their hard, narrow construction limiting lateral grip to 0.77 g on the skidpad. The low-rolling-resistance Ecopias also contributed to an abysmal 196-foot stop from 70 mph to 0. 2013 Honda Civic benefits from a significant refresh that restores its luster in the competitive compact-car category. If you're shopping for a small sedan or coupe, put it on your test-drive list.
- Would you rather a 1999 Honda Civic with no modifications or a 2014 Toyota Prius? I'm not buying either those, I would never buy a Prius or civic, I'm just curious what your responses will be.
- Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery? I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
- How to drive a honda civic hybrid car with out hybrid battery? Bought a car about 4 months ago and the battery is now dead. I check to make sure its not the normal battery and Auto Zone said it was fine. I'm sure its the hybrid battery but i don't have the money to pay 1,000 or more for a battery on a car i just spent money on. Is there a way you can drive this car without the hybrid battery? Or dose anyone know a place to get these batteries cheaper?
- I have a honda civic hybrid 2015 and i have a inward dent on my side skirt? What worrys me is that the part if the door about an inch and a half is also bent inward what do i do?! And yes it was my fault i drove over a random big piece of cinder block and accident that was placed right before a speedbump.
