Honda Civic 2008 DX-G Brake Disc conversion into Honda CR-V 2008 Brake Disc?
I would like to convert my civic front disc 261.9mm diameter into Honda CR-V front disc.
I know 2008 CR-V EX has Overall Diameter (mm): 296mm.
2008 CR-V EX-L has Overall Diameter (In): 12 Inch = 304.8 mm
2008 CR-V LX has
Overall Diameter (In): 12 Inch = 304.8
I would like to know how can I convert my front disc civic into CR-V big brakes please and what I'll need to make this conversion possible?
I'm not planning on doing any of it now I'm just informing myself for future projects.
It's a waste of time and money. You'll gain nothing other than maybe un-balance the braking and make it worse.
Do you think you will notice a difference? You won't. The rotor diameter is based on the weight of the vehicle. Please don't think the engineers are wrong about the size of the disc. If you want them to grab harder get Carbon Ceramic Pads. But be prepared for faster pad and rotor wear.

I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey with a 6-disc CD changer, AM, FM, and Aux functions on the stereo. I need a bluetooth adapter to connect my phone/Mp3 player. All the adapters I have seen require a device to plug into the CD Changer port of the stereo, however I do not want to lose my CD player. Is there a device that will utilize the Aux function, that the only available port for is in the back of the van and therefore not used, to enable bluetooth to the stereo?
- Where do I put my tax disc holder on a Honda cbf 125? I purchased a tax disc holder off ebay (universal for any bike), but I can't seem to locate where to put it on my honda cbf 125cc. Any help would be great.
- How to read the wear indicator groove in disc brake pad, Civic? The groove is now about 1 millimeter deep, so I'm thinking it is time to have my mechanic replace them soon. But I don't know how deep they were to begin with. Not sure if I should keep using these for a while or not.
