The tire pressure is printed on the sidewall of the tire, your speedometer is now off.
Unless you have gone crazy (which on a CRV would be unlikely) but pressure would be similar, maybe maximum 2psi less, but reality is even in the same size different construction can make a difference
- Punctured tire replacement - can I replace only 1 tire - is it safe to replace the PUNCTURED tire only? My 2005 Honda Pilot rear left tire was punctured near the threshhold (ie - sidewall), but still usable. Thus the tire dealer patched it only. Should I replace that punctured tire only? Or should I replace the 2 tires on the same axle? Or even buy a whole set of 4 tires? I'm concerned about safety, and thus your best advice is very appreciated.
- Does the HONDA 2012 City have the warning of low tire pressure? I do not have the manual but I heard about the warning system on HONDAS after 2008 have the warning when tires are low. Does the Honda City 2012 have that alarm?
- What tire size do you have on your 2012 Honda CRV? I have the original equipment size which is 215/70R16. I'm thinking about putting a 225/65R17 or 225/60R18. I did a comparison online (tirerack.com) and looked at the pictures online. It both looks great, but hard for me to decide. Which do you think it's best for me
- Do I have to manually reset the low tire pressure icon? I drive a 2010 Honda Civic LX. The low tire pressure icon lit up so I went to an auto shop to have my tires checked and inflated but the icon remains lit up. Does the icon turn off on its own after a certain amount of time/mileage or do I have to reset it myself?
