What tire size do you have on your 2012 Honda CRV?

I have the original equipment size which is 215/70R16. I'm thinking about putting a 225/65R17 or 225/60R18. I did a comparison online (tirerack.com) and looked at the pictures online. It both looks great, but hard for me to decide. Which do you think it's best for me

Of course you realize that if going with either 225/65R17 or 225/60R18 sized tires you will have to replace your stock rims as well. 225/65-17 was a OEM size as well, but 225/60-18 fits within Honda specs. The 225/60-18 option would be a bit harsher ride and might reduce your fuel economy compared to the 225/65-17 tire and wheel combo.

  • Punctured tire replacement - can I replace only 1 tire - is it safe to replace the PUNCTURED tire only? My 2005 Honda Pilot rear left tire was punctured near the threshhold (ie - sidewall), but still usable. Thus the tire dealer patched it only. Should I replace that punctured tire only? Or should I replace the 2 tires on the same axle? Or even buy a whole set of 4 tires? I'm concerned about safety, and thus your best advice is very appreciated.
  • Do you have to sell your motorcycle if you plan to move from Colorado to New York? I have a Honda CB500F motorcycle that I love but it is too far to drive. If I decide take it with me, I have to drive twice since I have a car too. If you were me, would you sell the motorcycle before you leave or drive twice?
  • 2001 Honda xr100r Tire size? I brought a 2001 Honda xr100r with a flat and worn front tire. I want to buy a new tube and a new tire, but I'm confused with the size. In the manual it says that the front tire is 2.50-19, but online i see the size 100/70-19 popping up when i search up 2.50-19. Are the sizes compatible? Can i buy a tire 2.50-19 and a tube 100/70-19 and will they fit and vice-versa.
  • Does the HONDA 2012 City have the warning of low tire pressure? I do not have the manual but I heard about the warning system on HONDAS after 2008 have the warning when tires are low. Does the Honda City 2012 have that alarm?
