Get a valve adjustment done. Honda's known for constant needed adjustments for valve lash.

Are the spark plugs and spark plug wires good? And is the oil level ok. If not that's where your problems coming from

Loose spark plug, bad rings, bad valve seats, or leaking valve guides.

On one cylinder? Intake/ Exhaust valves (Bent, burnt), compression rings, cracked cylinder head (Combustion chamber/ between valves), cracked cylinder wall (rare), head gasket, hole on the piston dome (very rare), warped head.

The last and most of the technicians doesn't pay attention to is carbon build up behind the valves. I've done what other technician called "Walnut blast" to clean up the carbonized valves and restore the low compression of the particular cylinder. Of course, the intake has to be remove to do so. HTH
