How far can a Honda run on fumes?
How far can a Honda run on fumes? - 1
Mine is pretty generous on the 'reserve' left after the needle says zero. I think its a couple of gallons anyway according to how much it takes to fill it, but its ultimately going to depend on your motor and how you are driving.
NO car runs on fumes, but somewhere between 20 and 30 miles is about what to expect when the light turns on.

I don't know it and I wouldn't try it.
Don't know Japanese cars, but in the US, when you get the LOW GAS warning light, you have at least two usable gallons left.
No car can run, much less start on fumes.
- On my 2001 Honda 300ex, I'm replacing the lower steering bearing. How far in does it go until fully seated? I can't seem to get it any farther than flush with the top of the seat. I've tapped it in with a same size socket and it won't go any farther, but it seems like there's still room… How far in does it go?
- Honda GX 31 exhaust fumes? This might seem stupid but I have to ask. Why does my Honda GX31 exhaust smell like an old car's exhaust? I was wondering if it could be running rich but there's no air/fuel mixture screw. I checked the plug color and it is tan with blots of black (dry) on the rim of the plug. I only ask because when it is running I'm chocking on the exhaust fumes which come out clear with no smoke.

- What's the best automatic Honda Civic 1996-98 model (ex. Dx.lx. Etc) as far as gas mileage and reliability? I was interested in the 96-98 hx cvt civic yet there are many complaints of heavy vibrations when stalling. Also I can't drive manual and can't afford to take lessons
