Yes and I wouldn't be surprised if the wiring harness needed replacing too! Were there connectors for all the sensors on the motor? I doubt the 1.5 liter motor and cam advance actuators and solenoids. By the time you get done with this Frankenstein project I'll bet you could have bought a different vehicle cheaper!
