First off, the bike is SICK! I think you are going to look great on the bike. Whether you can drive a bike or not, depends on how strong you are, and be careful on the road place young lady.
Its not about your size, your height or your weight. Its about your ability.
As long as you can reach the foot controls and the handle bars comfortably then it comes down to your physicality.
But I think you'll fit just right, the 250 is a light weight also, so it should be easy.
I learned to ride on a Kawasaki Ninja 250, when I was in high school, and I was short and skinny back then.
