What order do the stator wires go?
I have a 1989 honda vtr 250 I'm replacing the stator. There are 3 yellow wires that go from the stator to the rectifier, the stator I bought requires you to put the 3 yellow wires into the connector. However I don't know which wires go in where, I do not know the order, the wires are the same size and color. Does it matter which 3 of the yellow wires go to the 3 rectifier wires?

Sine waves are like, sine waves, dude. Google alternating current and reedya sum. Heard of a full-wave bridge rectifier, dude? That too. Trace them currents through them diodes, dude. But only if you want to, like, larnya sumpin.

- Should I use a silicone sealant and/or blue loctite when installing a stator on a motorcycle? The stator recently went out on my 2003 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 and I'm currently waiting on the replacement stator to arrive. It's come to attention that some people use blue loctite when bolting in the stator into the case, then a silicone sealant around the case when re-bolting it to the bike. Is this necessary/recommended and what kind of sealant should I use for the case if I need some?
