1989 honda prelude while driving the rpms will race up and stay that way like its stuck?

I changed the tps and I cleaned the iacv and I changed the hose to iacv due to a leak just 1 hose on the coolant side runs ok then it starts racing not sure any more of what it could be help please!

Clean your throttle body and check the maf, only think i can think of? Check engine light on?

If its stick i noticed 2 of my cars tend to stay up in rpms for a second or 2 after i let off the clutch. Both of them did this for a really long time and nothing bad happened thats all i can tell ya.

Cleaned the throttle body. No check engine light has came on. Could it be a vacuum leak some where?

Have you ever thinking about the throttle cable? Replace it.
