1998 Honda accord electrical?

So I was messing around with some LEDs that I got. I hooked them up to a switch and I wired one side to the fuse of the cigarette power and the other wire to the ground. It turned on but then turned off. Then a bunch of thing from the car stopped working like the cabin lights and the power locks. I checked the fuses and they are all fine. But they aren't getting any power. What happened and how can I fix it?

Check the fuse marked cig. Its for the lighter and it also controls the roof lights. If you put the wire under the fuse and shoved it in you likely spread the fuse connections apart. Take a small nail and see if you can push them a bit closer together so the touch the fuse

I have a 2000 model Honda Foreman 400 (trx400fw) that has blown the main fuse and is going straight to ground from the main fuse (realized that by doing a continuity test) additionally, the fan comes on and stays on when the switch is turned to the "on" position and the starter is not getting power when the "start" button is pressed while in neutral and holding the left brake lever. (the starter itself works) any suggestions on what to check next?
