You'll have to tell us more information about the humming noise. Was the noise come through the speakers when the radio on? If it is then buy a "Ground loop isolator" or alike from Radio Shack or at any electronic stores and install it.
Defected wheel bearings will also causing the humming noise, tires noise? Or the vehicle need an alignment?
Wrong type of transmission fluid or the differential gears worn out inside of the transmission will produce the same noise.
Have a better description and where the noise is coming from, inside, outside, front or rear of the vehicle etc will help us to help you.

Run your palm over the tires feeling for unflatness. As in feathered edges. This makes noise at 45 mph +.

- I drive a 2013 Honda civic is making humming/winding noise? Noise occurs upon acceleration and deceleration. The pitch coincided with the speed of the car. Not necessarily the throttle. Car seems to shift just fine. Slight vibration in the pedals. No jumping or sputtering. It does however seem to come from the front of the car. Any thoughts?
